I have just had fibre and sky talk installed but I cannot receive incoming calls. It seems my number has not been installed in the system how do sky set my phone number.

Yes outgoing calls are fine but no incoming

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreWhen was your service activated? Previous posts suggest it can be up to 24 hours before it's fully implemented. It may be worth waiting until tomorrow, then rebooting your Hub and re-checking to see if it's working normally.

Called sky yesterday and no remedy yet 48 hours wait now to try and rectify. Don't know what problem is.
