Sky Shield Failure

Spam calls getting through and cannot block them !!!!!

Use the call screening feature to intercept them.

Thanks for respones, my landline has no such feature and my Sky account says talk shield not working but it has not worked for weeks

@Radiomad call screening is a feature of the Sky Talk Shield. The Shield isn't turned on automatically,  you have to activate it. 

If you're unable to turn on the Shield online, as described here, call Sky (on 150) and they'll activate it for you.
