We've had sky max for a while now but over the last couple of days our phone line hasn't been working properly - not connecting outgoing calls, no dial tone etc. This morning the phone line is completely dead. However the sky max is working fine. Mobile signal here is terrible and we have no signal in our village so we rather rely on the phone line. I've tried the online troubleshooting which basically ended up saying "please call sky" which sadly I can't because the phone isn't working.
I have unplugged both phone and hub, waited and reconnected. Put in a new mircofilter. Unplugged just the phone line and reconnected. Unplugged just the hub etc.
many suggestions?

Hi, so the phone isn't complaining of no line anymore but there is still no dial tone. I tried making a call and it didn't connect.
Still wondering. I'll have to try calling Sky tomorrow when at work.
