I upgraded to 900mbps a month ago, but that made no difference to my download speed on the SR203, it stayed around 160mbps. My neighbour recently moved to another provider from Sky, so gave me her SR213. Now the internet bombs along on Wi-Fi 6, at 750mbps download. All good.
Except, my phone worked with SkyTalk when plugged in the SR203, but no dial tone on the SR213, and when I phone, it says, "Number not recognised". Switch back to the SR203, it works fine.
I've done all the reboot, factory reset, etc. Does something need to change, Sky end? Thanks.

Possibly. I believe the Max Hub needs to be registered with you by Sky. Additionally, I'm not sure whether they're loaned to customers, or owned by them. If they're loaned, your neighbour may be liable by not returning it to Sky.. I'd suggest giving Sky a call.

Re: Sky Max Hub Phone Not Working
Hmm. That may be it. I was hoping to do my bit for recycling.
