Setting up answer machine

I've changed over from fleur telecom but now don't have caller display or answer machine. How do I set this up?

@Mulberry7If they services are not set up and you are paying Sky for them then you will need to give them a call to do this for you. But if you are not paying for them then these service do have a charge againsta them if you want these service.

 

Dial 150 on your land line, when asked the nature of the call say " Technical  ", you might be asked for a mobile number, give this, but DO NOT hang up, you should then be dropped in to the queue for an advisor.
