Set up charge for Sky Talk downgrade
Can anyone explain why there is a £10 one-off charge to downgrade from Sky Talk Anytime Extra to Sky Talk Pay As You Go? It's impossible to talk to anyone at Sky to query this as their phone lines are closed today!

I'm not sure if admin charges are applied for changing a Sky Talk tariff, not having ever changed mine. If it's showing as a £10 admin fee, and it wasn't mentioned in your call with Sky ring again. They can listen back to your first call and if they weren't mentioned they may refund you.

Re: Set up charge for Sky Talk downgrade
This something Sky have been charging for a while when a change is made to the account. If you were not informed that you were going to be charged this then when the lines are available again give Sky a call as they might apply a credit to your account to cover it.
