Router no voice light

Full fibre was acrivated on 27-06 although my router didn't arrive until 01-07, all installed & working well for internet although the Voice light isn't on on the front of the router.

I've rebouted the router & ONT,  switched them both off for 15 - 20 minutes & reset the router all to no avail & no phone.

There's no dial tone & obviously no incomin or outgoing calls.

I'm unable to get throuh on the phone ATM as the wait times are horrendous, does anyone have any suggestions?

If you want we can escalate your post to Sky's messaging team who will then send you a private message tomorrow morning about this, you would then have 48 hours to respond so are you happy to go ahead with this ?

Keep an eye out for an invite or blue chat bubble.

When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.

Be reassured the email & message is from Sky and your details are safe and secure.
If you are using Safari please make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the blue bubble. If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox, Chrome etc.

I would also recommend that if not already on, that you turn email/private message notifications on to avoid missing any alerts

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
