I recently moved home, my phone line isn't working. I'm unable to make/recieve calls. My phone says check phone line

Is your phone plugged into your broadband Hub? It won't work from a wall socket.

I assume you did a Home Move with Sky. Do you have a black broadband Hub with a Voice LED on the front panel? Or a white Hub?

I did sort out my move with sky. My hub is black

....and does it have a Voice light? Illuminated? Amber or green?

Not sure what a voice light is.
But all lights on my hub are green

It's never been plugged into the hub before the move
Sky engineer hooked this up and changed the wall socket

@Maria1794 You need to plug it into the hubs UK phone port

When there's a new installation, Sky change you to Internet calls. It will be the norm for customers of all service providers in due course. Sadly, some engineers still plug the phone into the wall socket.
