Hello, Please excuse me for asking what may be a dumb question - I was taught in the Royal Navy that the only stupid question is the one that wasn't asked.
Moving my broadband provider from Now to Sky. No house move involved.
Now wrote to me that the new provider (sky) had asked about transferring my number - Now agreed that the number would be transferred the day before the Sky installer was arriving to install the fibre.
I have attempted to contact Sky and the best I got was the robot.
Any help woud be gratefully accepted.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreDifficulties porting a phone number between Now and Sky have been reported here before. I wouldn't relyt on the number being transferred.successfully.
