My handset has message 'check phone line'
Have used different cables, changed fiter, and switched base off/on.
Connected line directly into socket.
Broadband is working.

If you haven't already try running the below test. If it detects an external fault it may give you the option of booking an engineer. Openreach’s target fix times is within 2 working days from when they’re notified by Sky.

Yes, I have gone through all the checks but still the handset has this message 'Check phone line'
I have reset the hub and replace the cables.

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
