Hello, same seems to be happing for me too. Broadband is working fine. But no land-line dial tone. When I ring the land-line, it dials contuously but the phone does not ring. I've tried another phone, and also a new cable, but no change.

No, I've had the same package since July 2022. The last "missed call" I received on my lanline was in June 2023, so I guess it has been down for quite some time. I only was alerted to the fact when my elderly neighbour told me they tried the land-line recently when they needed my assistance urgently.

See if you can run this line test to see if a fault is found outside of your property and if something is found you can book an engineer repair, ignore the fact it says it will test your broadband:
You can also run this test via the MySky app.

Could you click on the speed in the first image and then click the next broadband test in the blue button and post the results.

As you can see from the screenshot, similar to other users, the high level check shows that there may be an issue with the broadband/WiFi, but when the check is performed on both respectively, all is as it should be, and green.
Can I get this escalated to an engineer please?

Keep an eye out for an invite or red and blue chat bubble. When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
