I have just activated sky talk shield but it is not working how I had hoped, it does not screen calls nor does it show any recent incoming calls on the website, am I doing something wrong or has anybody else had this problem.
I do not have any other call screening items attached to my line so I am at a loss.

I don't know for sure, but I suspect there's a delay before incoming call details are available online.
