Please check line cord
My BT landline wont make calls or receive calls, when I try to call out using the landline it shows the name but does not ring, and when I try to call the landline with my mobile it does not ring just shows that theres a missed call, I've done all the checks but still wont work, broadband is working fine, so not sure what the problem is

I assume this is your Sky landline. Are you new to Sky, or has your landline been working ok up to now?

Not new to sky, and the landline has be fine untill now, didn't Realise there was a problem until I noticed my landline hadn't been ringing
