I transferred my elderly parents to Sky broadband and talk on August 01st. The broadband worked fine but since the transfer the landline has not worked, no incoming or outgoing calls can be made.
openreach have checked the line and no fault has been found. I have called Sky on numerous occasions with no resolution. I am constantly told there is a porting issue and it will be resolved soon.
after nearly 2 weeks of no landline I am getting frustrated with the response and lack of action, it will soon be time to switch back to BT I fear.
how can I escalate this issue and appalling service?
