Please check line cord

Hi.

 

Can't make or receive calls.

 

On phone it is saying please check line cord.

 

Have gone though all steps to try and fix and still having the issue. 

 

Broadband is working

Spoke with @Jai08 and Openreach external engineer already arranged via self help tests, customer will be update via sms and email and can also track using the link below
