@TS13  HAve you trie a different landline phone to make sure it's not yur current phone?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

So are you saying you tried to call Sky to report this?

Any recent changes to your broadband  Talk subscription?

Has it been working up til now?
