Discussion topic: Phone wire loose outside property

This is very random. It was really windy yesterday and I've had the phone wire at the front of my property become loose from the wall. I'm worried this could cause a lot more damage if weather continues. Am I able to book someone to come and re attach it to the property? I've tried phoning sky but can't get through to anyone.
