My landline is still not working after 4 weeks WHY please

Is anyone else in the Newhall Swadlincote Derbyshire having problems with their landline not working please

Sky can't fix it (or arrange for Openreach to investigate and fix it) if they don't know about it so have you reported it to Sky in the last 4 weeks? Any recent changes to your Broadband/Talk package?

I have tried everything but as my landline won't work I have no other way I cannot get out to use another phone as I cannot walk far. Thank you for your help though I do appreciate you taking the time to try and help me .

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
