Phone not working

Hi so basically I can't make or receive calls this is a recent occurrence just started yesterday I was wondering why this is happening or if it's a case that my number has changed cause I went on my sky account looked on my account a different number was there no clue why

Can you tell us the background to this? Are you new to Sky Talk/Broadband? Or recently upgraded your broadband service?

Mine isn't working either, did you get to the bottom for the reason for this ? Is yours still not working. Mine hadn't been working all day

I went to make a phone call on Tuesday morning and it just went dead. My husband tried to call me and he said it wasn't a recognised number, however my phone notified me I had missed a call from him. No I am not new to sky. No changes to my internet.

I can't call sky as my phone won't connect either.

no my phone calls are still not working and I've tried to reach out to sky no look whatsoever

Try Sky's Service Status checker first for any known, significant issues in your area. If it doesn't show anything, try the connection test next, even if your broadband is ok. Links for both here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

 

If neither shows any fault, it's best reported to Sky. We can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you here so that you can report it via a private online chat, if you wish.
