Hi, my phoneline isn't working and is showing amber on my box. Instructions say to disconnect all devices. Do I just unplug everything or just turn power off?

To rectify the problem we unplugged the blue cable , then pressed the reset button for 10 seconds. Put the cable back in and all the lights on the front of the box came back on and phone worked.
