Phone not working can’t get mailTelephone

Got a new hub yesterday now phone not working and today can't receive messages from the server

@Alan+kennedy+1947 was this just to replace an existing Hub? Was your phone previously plugged into your broadband Hub? Tell us more about the 'messages from the server'.
