Just had new line put in for sky fibre now house phones are showing up Line cord error

@Beegee231  is your phone plugged into the back the hub in the UK port?

 

And is the voice light lit up on the front of the hub?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
