Phone line.

I am new to sky and having it fitted in the coming days I have juleft virgin media and I have noticed I don't have line coming from the telephone pole to my house a while back my neighbour was getting work done on trees and must of cut the cable what will happen on my install date will sky deal with tht cable or do I have to speak to another company to sort this issue out

Sky will deal with it, but do give them a call to let them know you have no line to your property. It's likely to cause a delay.
