You'll need to call Sky to get the ball rolling. They will contact Openreach. There's likely to be a charge of around £65 to do this.

Re: Phone line

I've had my phone line and internet with sky for nearly 20 years and the engineer came out to upgrade to fiber.

We only realised the phone line is dead and has been since yesterday.  I rely on my phone line for my elderly parents.

So trying to email a customer service agent that can help ( not a robot, not a community hub just a person that can fix this issue as this is of great inconvenience and wish I never upgraded .  Please can I have an email address as I have no phone to get help as the way of getting InTouch is becoming frustrating

@jackger is your phone plugged into your broadband Hub? It will no longer work from a wall socket.

Unfortunately there's no such email available: Sky just doesn't use it as a support mechanism.

As @Mark39 indicates, once full fibre or new part fibre is in place, all wall-mounted telephone sockets (both master and internal extensions) become obsolete because they are no longer receiving an analogue voice signal.
