Phone line receiving calls from one number even though they are not dialling me

Hi I keep getting calls from my sister in laws mobile even though she's not calling me from her mobile, as a result I've had to disconnect my phone can any one help if I plug my phone in I can receive incoming calls and make outgoing calls however if the phone is not in use it rings continuously as a result I've had to disconnect it

You could block your sister in law's number via the Sky Talk Shield, though that obviously means that when she is actually calling you she won't get through. On the other hand, with your phone disconnected she wouldn't get through anyway, of course....
