Phone line not working

Hi my landline not receiving calls or allows me to make calls have check 2 head sets both same

Is your broadband working as it should?

How is your landline provided - via the socket in the wall or from the back of your broadband router?

When you call your number from another phone what do you hear (does it ring out)?

When you pick up the phone to make a call do you get dial tone?

When I make a call it gives a faulty sound. Not receiving calls and my broadband working fine can sky contact me to sort
