The cost is no different from standard calls. The Tariff Guide provides full details as @GD1 posted. If you call regularly to particular countries you may find the International calls package to be good value.

Important to understand that while 'Sky Talk Internet Calls' may technically be VOIP at the Sky Broadband Hub it is still charged per minute (or has a cost applied through an optional Sky Talk bundled call package), and potentially at a very high rate depending on the destination.
