Phone line not working

Phone line not been working for 2 days now but broadband is still as fast as previous. Tried new faceplate on master socket and corded phone. Still no phone line, no dial tone.

Any ideas anyone

@ozzman12003Did this happen out of the blue or have you upgraded your package with Sky or just moved to Sky?

Just out of blue been fine for 18 months. No upgrades

@ozzman12003Take it when changing the faceplate you tried the phone in the socket behind it to see if there was a dial tone? Do you still have internet?
