Phone line not working

Hi my landline is not working, open reach came to my house and said they need to revisit as the fault is possibly in the lane behind our house on a BT pole, we have a key for the lane access as it's gated but we need to make another engineer appointment.

@HalaRichards normally Openreach would automatically schedule another appointment and report progress to Sky during the evening of their first visit, with the follow-up date. It might take a little longer if Openreach need to book a sub contractor. Sky then advise you by text. If you've not heard anything,  I'd give them (Sky) a call for an update.

 

Note if Openreach called today, it won't be until later this evening that they update Sky.
