Hi,
My sky talk phone line is not working, it has been completely dead for most of the day and I'm not the only one as I know of others in my village with the same problem. Internet is working fine though. Service status says everything is ok but it's not!
I have tried all the online help but as it's not just an issue with my phone it was a waste of time, so how do I escalate this issue to get it investigated for my area?

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
