Hello,
I upgraded my broadband on the 11th of December, I've noticed for the past week that my phone landlines no longer works & I am left with a message saying "Check phone line." which I have tried to do & tried to follow some online tips but nothing is working. I then logged into my account today & noticed under my bill it said "cancellation of rental line" which is odd as I never canceled the line when I upgraded?
Has anyone got any ideas of what I can do?

No it is not, as far as I am aware I opted out for Internet calls & on my bill it still says that I am paying for Sky Talk Anytime.

The phoneline now works! However I do have 3 other phones around my house, the one that works which is plugged into the hub is in my office however I have one downstairs which my parents use & one in their bedroom. Do you have any ideas of how to get that one working?

Looks like you do have Internet calls, which means your phone must be plugged into the socket at the back of your Hub.
Calls are charged in the same way, so your Anytime+ subscription is still relevant.

The simplest solution would be invest in a DECT cordless phone kit. A base station plugs into your Hub, and you can place the handset wherever you want it, or take it with you from room to room. You can have more than one handset, if it's more convenient to keep each one in a separate room.

Oh lovely! I shall look into that now & see what I can do is I know my parents do use the one downstairs more but my hub is in the office!
Thank you so much for the help!
