Phone line dead

We had a huge storm last night with bug lightning strikes very close and the phone lines on our road are dead. I can ring our line but hear nothing. How do we get Open reach out?

First try the simple connection test here, even if your broadband is ok. If Sky are already aware of the local outage it may be reported in the test result: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

If not, it's probably best to report it to Sky. We can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you here so that you can report it via a private online chat, if you wish?
