Update - After a private chat with Gregl an external fault was found on the line and an engineer has been booked to resolve it.

If you have no phone line, and wish to subscribe via Sky, give them a call to place an order letting them know that there's no phone socket.
If you mean you have a phone line, but it's not working, tell us more - are you new to Sky, or recently upgraded your Sky broadband? Is there a dial tone?

got all broadband etc,but no phone line ,no mobile how do i get in touch with sky.

First try the simple connection test here even if your broadband service is ok: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
If it detects a fault, you'll be able to book an engineer there and then.

Sky don't use email for general communication or reporting faults. As posted to you previously
