Phone kit working
My broadband has been cancelled and now mybphones not working but thevphone is being switched on 8th May I need a phone as my mobile is a blackspot

Your post is confusing. Have you cancelled your Broadband subscription? The notice period is 14 days so is the 8th May when you start with a new isp?

@13Caoimhe if your broadband isn't working either, it sounds like your line has already been disconnected.
