Phone has no dial tone
How do you report a phone line not working but still have broadband. Can't ring sky and seems no place to report fault on line

Has your Sky landline phone worked OK up to now?

Yes but think it's not worked since last wednesday

Try the simple connection test here first, even though your broadband is ok. If it detects a fault you'll be able to book an engineer online. If it doesn't, it will need to be reported to Sky. If you wish, we can ask their messaging team to contact you here via a private online chat so that you can do that.
