Phone line installed in house is done by bt many years ago and never had any issues. Phone line still works to receive and make calls but phone has randomly stopped ringing. Tried three different landline phones and none of them ring, one phone just beeps when someone calls it others are completely silent. Issue has been happening last 3 weeks or so. Never had issue with phones not ringing prior to this. Strange

Yes phone has a sky filter on it. Literally have disconnected everything and connected the phone directly into the master bt socket only and get a dial tone, can ring out and receive calls but phone does not ring for incoming calls.

Look out for a blue/red chat 'bubble' towards the bottom of the page and an email inviting you to chat online. Replies from Sky may not be instant, so check back from time to time for updates.

My phone is working but the phone does not ring when receiving incoming calls ,old phone just makes a beeping sound when incoming thought it was my phone so bought a new one that doesn't make any sound when incoming calls call ,HELP

Does your phone plug into your broadband Hub? Or the wall socket? If it's plugged into the wall socket, and there aren't separate sockets for phone and broadband, try replacing the microfilter.

Ok, looks like it will need reporting. You can call them on 150 or we can ask the messaging team to contact you here tomorrow, so thay you can report it via a private online chat, if you prefer.
