I moved from Now broadband and phone to Shell 12 days ago and kept my landline number, I can make calls from my landline and call it using my mobile, but my Mother in law who is a Now customer and sister in law who is a Sky customer cannot call me from their landlines , they get 'Number dialled has not been recognised', it appears as in moving from Sky they no longer recognise my number. My mother in laws fall alarm dials my number first if she has a fall, which she did have this morning but the alarm failed to ring our number, luckily it got through to my sister in law as she is the next number . I rang Shell, they did a line test and said all was ok, they then rang from a landline to my number succesfully , so it appears to be a Sky issue. Any ideas what I can do ?
