Phone cable came down
A cable at my mothers address has come slack. I believe it may be a sky cable for her home telephone. Could an engineer to sent round to make the cable taut

The only 'Sky cable' is from a satellite dish for television reception. Telephone cabling is the remit of Openreach (or their equivalent in RoI), although repairs are booked through the ISP.
