Phone line and broadband went down this afternoon. Reset/powered down hub etc but no joy. Tried raising a fault direct with BT but they pointed me in your direction as it's a sky number and my account is with you.
OR have been busy in my street with FTTH deployments but nothing today. I'm the official account holder.

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

Yep followed all that, and then says an engineer is booked in, but, that engineer is coming to a activate my fibre broadband which has not yet been installed by openreach.
That (needless) visit is booked for Wednesday 17th, obviously I need a fault engineer way before then.
