Sam here, we're on San Juan drive
Tried everything with the router and ONT, with a sky engineer over the phone too. He says the router or Ethernet cable might not be working, so has sent out another one...

@Sam126 I am also in the Thurrock area and having the same problems. It went off in the early hours and has not yet come back. Spoke to Sky this morning and they said that there is a major issue in the area that BT are dealing with.

This link explains auto compensation for when there is a TOTAL loss of Sky Broadband or Sky Talk.

If you have a total loss of service and it isn’t fixed after two full WORKING days from when you first report the fault to Sky, you will become eligible for it. It’s applied 30 days after the fault has been repaired and will come in the form of a credit appearing on your account.

Everything seems okay with both internet and phone line now. Noticed this about 2hrs ago. Now trying to do a bit ie work that I could not do all day yesterday, including the deadline I missed.
