The engineer on Monday told me intermittant fault was solved but alas later that day I tried to phone a family member but yet again to no avail & they vice versa. Sky sent me an email on Tuesday giving me a discount not becuase of the fault but because their engineer turned up late. Having not used landline phone all week I took potluck last night & tried to phone this family member again & I got them no problem. Still wary this problem may arise again.
