@L7P  Could you please run through the phone-line test troubleshooting. Don't think it will find anything, but it may let you book an engineer. If nothing is found and unable to book an engineer come back let us know.

No still not working. Sky advised there is no fault with the line. I have tried different handsets and still not working so clearly there is a fault. So annoying

Re: Incoming calls - the caller can’t hear me but I can hear them

I'm also getting the same problem, which involves either end of a phone call not hearing the other end.  The problem started on 17th March and is unfortunately random as some calls are OK and some aren't.  I've had all of the following situations:

1. When making outgoing calls the far end can't hear me.
2. When making outgoing calls I can't hear the far end.
3. When receiving an incoming call the far end can't hear me.

I've tried two different landline phones connected to the Sky Hub (FTTP) and the problem occurs on both phones.  Also the problem occurs when making or receiving calls to landline and UK mobile phones numbers.

Re: Incoming calls - the caller can’t hear me but I can hear them

Further to my previous post, I should add that I've followed the troubleshooting guide (online test, rebooting etc) which hasn't helped.  I see there are a number of other recent threads where people are reporting the same problem so is this a Sky infrastructure fault?
