Phone Number changed

When I changed from BT to SKY, I am absolutely certain that I asked to retain my existing landline number - SKY insist I did not and that they processed my order as new number!

 

What pee's me off msot is that they keep on insisting that they can't revert my number from the one they have allocated me back to my original number.

 

Very poor at customer service is all I can say!

You could raise it as a formal complaint, and no doubt you'll receive an apology, but they won't be able to retrieve your old number, I'm afraid.

Even then Sky don't guarantee you'll be able to keep your old number

Your previous number will not be retrievable.

I did raise as a formal complaint, but they are trying to prove me a liar!
