Phone Line

My phone line had suddenly gone down in the house which is effecting th alarm system and stopping internet from working 

how do I report a fault on the line and have it checked to see what is causing it ?

First,try the connection test here: https://www.sky.com/help/home/sky-talk/fix-problems-with-my-phone/articles/fix-phone-problems-start


It may find the fault and a.low you to book an engineer there and then. 


If it,doesn't detect the fault, you'll need to report it to Sky.  If you wish, we can ask their messaging team to contact you here so that you can report it via a private online chat.
