Phone Line Damaged inside my house.

My Phone line has been damaged inside of our house. A gas fitter drilled through the line. 

We have Sky Broadband.

How do we request Sky to fix it?

the line comes from outside,  the house, but is damaged inside the house.

@MatJenn ok, first try the connection test here (even if your broadband is working ok). If it identifies the fault, you may be able to book an engineer there and then without having to contact Sky: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
