Partner using home phone too much

Hi, my partner is using the home phone too much, this month he has made £55 worth of calls. Normally he is around £20.  I have asked him to stop as it comes out of my account, this months payment has emptied my bank account.
can I have a spend cap or a access code  to put on the phone account to stop him ringing up big call charges ?

I dont use my home phone as I have my mobile and to be honest, him doing this every month is really starting to annoy me .  He doesn't have a mobile phone and has almost zero concept of money.
I've trawled the sky site and haven't come across anything other than for sky mobile.
please help.
thankyou

So far as I know, only Sky can set a spending cap on your calls. Whether or not they would do so at your request I don't know - by all means give them a call and ask.

You can set a spending alert, whereby Sky text you if you go above a level you set, but it wouldn't prevent further calls being made,
