PORT LANDLINE TO A VOIP COMPANY

WERE LEAVING SKY TALK AND NEED TO MOVE TO VOIP.  WHO DO I SPEAK TO AT SKY ?  WE NEED TO PORT OUR NUMBER

@DEELY  That may be an issue when porting a Talk Landline that carries a broadband connection.

 

However it's the new provider who should trigger the port from Sky to them.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@DEELY so far as I'm aware, Sky can only port your number to a landline telephone provider, not a VOIP provider.
