Outgoing calls not working

I can't seem to make calls from my landline. I can recieve them though. I did have an engineer out to fit my new broadband package recently, I haven't used my landline since, but now it's not working

Were you new to Sky? Or have you upgraded? Is your phone plugged into your broadband Hub?

Got it all sorted now. I've been with sky over 6 years I did upgrade my broadband though. Thank you for getting back to me
