Open Reach have not come to fix a problem. Sky said they had made appointment

I spoke to Sky on Monday and they confirmed there is an outside fault on my telephone line. They said they had contacted Open Reach and someone would come out to me within 48 hours. I am still waiting for my phone to be fixed

While it can be within 48 hours, it may be 5 working days before Openreach attend, depending on workloads at your exchange.
