Ongoing Full fibre issues with landline since se
Went over to Full fibre in September, got the white hub and all connected fine but within first few days friends &family said they were getting engaged tone each time ringing landline to landline but mobile calls connected.
Online help useless but phone advisers decent enough , tried a few with them and eventually most callers resolved issues apart from my elderly parents.
Photos uploaded many times, escalated to complaints/priority dept who said initially it was TalkTalk, then said its now Nokia/BT and a known issue and waiting for Nokia to sort ????
I get that not every area has switched but so very annoyed now as just being past around.

What is the relevance of TalkTalk, BT and Nokia?

I've no idea, it was what I was told this was where the fault had occurred!
As I said I'm getting the runaround, Sky tell me they know its an ongoing issue but either don't want to sort it as it seems to be only one number that can't get through on landline, or can't!

So presumably your parents have either a TalkTalk or BT landline?

Yea they are a Utility Warehouse line and broadband, (not fibre) apparently owned/run by TalkTalk and we've never had any issues until I switched.
We've been onto them , engineer check and they say no issues with them, tried prefixed numbers ahead of landline number - no use so at a loss now unless Sky sort it.
